Empire of Bloodshed
In a world so wicked,
A dynasty stood frozen and tall.
An empire of bloodshed,
Where I was doomed to fall.
If I could melt the chains,
And I could break their rhythm,
It would disrupt the cadence,
With an end so fearsome.
Imminent chaos and this timid soul,
Were drowning me in this rotten world.
The fort that I had built so high,
Came crashing down like a wrecking ball.
A sullied prodigy who bent the rules,
Was a delirious man who was deemed a fool.
They concealed the politics with filthy stains,
With rumors that came by and went
And the peace that I was longing for,
Was a constant battle in my head.
I forged the armour with molten iron,
And my palms were strong like a solid rock.
But the heat that I took on myself,
Distorted all I thought was worth.
They like to see me stumble and crumble,
But I've seen much worse so I can see what's subtle.
Because a boy who was once called detached,
Can wreck the norms with an avalanche.
The harder you try to pull me down,
The harder I'll rise from the broken ground.
And the vengeance that you're craving for,
Will be served to you in your wretched fort.
